The Equus Collective is a group of master equus coaching facilitators. As horses have taught us about healthy herd dynamics, we have gathered as a collaborative team to serve our communities across the U.S. and around the world.

The members of the Equus Collective share a common lineage of training; in horsemanship and equus coaching by Koelle Simpson and in life coaching by Dr. Martha Beck. Each member of the Equus Collective brings their own unique and diverse backgrounds in business, organizational and leadership development, corporate and brand strategy, health and wellness, and therapy.

For workshops and team retreats, there are usually two or more facilitators present to create a coaching experience that is supportive and effective. As individuals, we live across the U.S. and other countries and travel the globe for events, including Europe, South America, the Middle East, and East & Southern Africa.
